Last weeks news –
Church started Sunday morning by singing. Prayer was given by Bro. James Moore. Ronnie Epps took over as superintendent.
The Sunday school lesson was A Burden For The City of Zion from Nehemiah 2:2-6 and 8 taught by Ronnie Epps. After a good Sunday school lesson we sang several songs. Specials were given by Lena Ingram and Elsie Atchison. Bro. John Ratteree brought the message. He read Luke 4:16-19, Acts 8:32-37 and Proverbs 3:5-6. After a good message we clsoed with altar prayer.
Church started Sunday night by singing several songs. Prayer was given by Bro. Raymond Haden. Specials were performed Elsie Atchison, and Woodrow Coonce. Bro. John Ratteree brought the message. He read Galations 6:14, I Corinthians 15:9-10 and Romans 11:33-36. After a good message as it was birthday and anniversary celebration night we sang Happy Birthday and also Happy Anniversary to Diane Strunks. Bro. Woodrow Coonce dismissed and also asked the blessing on the food. We had a great fellowship together.
Tuesday visitors of Elsie Atchison were De De Perryman and Mona Price.
Wednesday visitors were Vera Dixon, Gary Atchison and Lena Ingram.
Thursday visitors were De De Perryman and Mona Price.
Friday visitors were Gary Atchison, Shelly Bell, Lena and Peyton Ingram.
Those visiting Elsie Sunday were Noel and Donna Atchison, Lena, Peyton and Bridgett Ingram, Aaliyah Irby and Brad Loveless.
Aaliyah Irby had her tonsils take out Friday. She is doing good.

Sunday school lesson was, A New Heart To Build Zions Wall from Nehemiah 2:11-13 and 17-18, Nehemiah 4:1-6 taught by Ronnie Epps.
After a good Sunday school lesson we sang sevral songs. Specials were performed by Lena Ingram, Elsie Atchison and Raymond Haden. Bro. John Ratteree brought the message. His theme was, Went In One Way, But Left Another. He read Matthew 2:11-15, Luke 18:9, Luke 19:4 and Psalms 40:1-2.
After a good message we sang. We were dismissed by Sister Vera Dixon. Bro. John Ratteree will be bringing the message next Sunday morning.

After a good message we were dismissed by Sister Ivona Pierson.

Visiting Elsie on Friday were Mona Price and Lena and Peyton Ingram.
Gary Atchison visited Elsie on Saturday.
