A good morning to all our readers. We hope everyone had a safe and good weekend and found a cool place while it was so hot. We had temperatures in the 100′s for a day or two.

On Monday the Fourth of July, Ken and Charlotte Willis celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and Charlotte’s birthday with their children. The family surprised them with a beautiful cake and a cookout at their home at Red Bud Village. A good time was had by all.
This news from the desk of Fae Pruett. Fae spent the Fourth of July with Evelyn Witchey at the farm then we went grocery shopping in the evening. Fae spent Thursday evenig with Dale and Howard Thomas. Lois Graham visited Fae a few times lately.
Norma Jones spent part of the weekend at the farm with the girls. She was back home Sunday morning to attend church.
