NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, LOC Properties, Inc., by its deed of trust dated September 3, 2009, recorded September 9, 2009 as Document #091486 of the records of Douglas County, Missouri, conveyed to Harvey S. Allen, Trustee, the following described property, situated in the County of Douglas and State of Missouri, to-wit:
Tract #1: The NE ¼ of the NW ¼ and the W ½ of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 13, Township 25, Range 11, all being in Douglas County, Missouri
Tract #2: The E ½ of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 13, Township 25, Range 11 except the following described tract: Beginning at the northeast corner of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of said Section 13, thence west 450 feet, thence south 193 feet, thence east 450 feet, thence north 193 feet to the point of beginning of said exception, all in Douglas County, Missouri;
Which conveyance was made to the said Kenneth A. Wagoner, Trustee, in trust, to secure the payment of a certain Note in said Deed of Trust described; and
WHEREAS, default was made and still continues in the payment of said Note;
NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said note and in pursuance of the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will sell the property above described at public vendue to the highest bidder, for cash, at the north door of the Douglas County Courthouse in the City of Ava, Douglas County, Missouri, on Tuesday, the 9th day of August, 2011, between the hours of 10:00 o’clock in the forenoon and 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon, at 1:00 p.m., for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
