NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

WHEREAS, LOC Properties, Inc., by its deed of trust dated April 23, 2008, recorded April 28, 2008 as Document #080896 of the records of Douglas County, Missouri, conveyed to Harvey S. Allen, Trustee, the following described property, situated in the County of Douglas and State of Missouri, to-wit:

The NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 14, Township 25, Range 11; and the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ except all that part of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ lying south and east of County Road 289, all in Section 13, Township 25, Range 11. Subject to a right of way for a 10 foot wide roadway on the boundary between Section 12 and Section 13 from County Road 116 west 330 feet as recorded in General Warranty Deed in Record Book 262 at Pages 13-14;

Which conveyance was made to the said Harvey S. Allen, Trustee, in trust, to secure the payment of a certain Note in said Deed of Trust described; and

WHEREAS, by Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated November 3, 2010, recorded November 10, 2010 as Document No. 101786 of the records of Douglas County, Missouri, Kenneth A. Wagoner was appointed as Substitute Trustee; and

WHEREAS, default was made and still continues in the payment of said Note:

NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said note and in pursuance of the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will sell the property above described at public vendue to the highest bidder, for cash, at the north door of the Douglas County Courthouse in the City of Ava, Douglas County, Missouri, on Tuesday, the 9th day of August, 2011, between the hours of 10:00 o’clock in the forenoon and 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon, at 1:00 p.m., for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
