On Tuesday, July 5, during Law Day in Douglas County, Circuit Judge John Moody revoked the probation of Gina Hale, 33, of Ava.
Hale had been convicted and was on probation for domestic assault. With the probation revoked, the five-year sentence in the Department of Corrections will be executed.
