DWI Saturation Conducted In Douglas, Ozark Counties July 8

Captain Dwayne F. Isringhausen, commanding officer of Troop G, said a DWI saturation was conducted in Douglas and Ozark counties on Friday, July 8.

A total of 16 arrests and 31 warnings were issued in conjunction with the operation.

The designated highways for this saturation were U.S. Highway 160, Missouri Route 76, Missouri Route 14, and Missouri Route 5.

Totals from this saturation include:

1 DWI arrest

8 speed summonses

2 seat belt summonses

3 non-moving summonses

2 uninsured motorist summonses

A total of 52 arrests and 39 warnings were issued in conjunction with a hazardous moving violations/S.T.E.P. opera-tion conducted in Howell County on July 9.  The operation was conducted on U.S. Highway 60 and U.S. Highway 63.

15 speed summonses

18 seat belt summonses

  1 child restraint summons

  5 other hazardous moving sum-  monses

  4 non-moving violation sum-monses

  1 drivers license summons

  3 misdemeanor drug arrests

  1 felony drug arrest

  2 other felony arrests
