Tuesday, June 14th, we had fourteen people weigh in, with a total weight- loss of seventeen and 1/4 lbs. One person stayed the same weight. Sharon was high-loser.

Sharon reminded us of the walk to be held at 9 a.m. in Seymour on Saturday, June 25th, with the Seymour T.O.P.S. group and Area Captain Cindy Story.
We discussed our upcoming annual Fourth of July picnic to be held at the park’s upper pavilion Tuesday, July 5th after T.O.P.S. weigh-in.
Sharon presented the program with an article from T.O.P.S. magazine all about meat substitutes.
T.O.P.S. (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is an international, non-profit, weight-loss support group open to anyone seven years of age or older. The #0720 chapter meets every Tuesday afternoon in the courthouse basement. Weigh-in is held from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Come visit us and sit in on a meeting if you would like to find out more about T.O.P.S. We welcome anyone looking to get and stay healthy.
