Danny and Mark Davis and Terry Nelson came down and cut and baled hay, last week in Dick Richard’s field.
Dick and I attended the kids ball games last week and we visited with Helen Dobbins one day. Kenny and Seth Hunt spent the weekend with Norma Cross in the Jenkin’s building at Goodhope. Norma planted a bell tomato in a pot, and kept is sitting on a picnic table in the yard. While she was gone Tuesday and Wednesday someone took it. So someone will have ripe tomatoes by now.
The Ava Ambulance took Irene Richards to the hospital Friday evening. Tony called yesterday evening (Sunday) and said she was feeling better. She might came home today, Monday.
Larry Tidwell took five boys and girls to camp this morning on the Goodhope General Baptist Church van. They will be spending all week there at the White River Church camp. This is the last week for camp. These boys and girls are going into fourth and fifth grade this year. Wednesday evenings is General Baptist Church’s turn to take desserts and help serve and clean up afterward. Glen Dale and Teresa Robertson and Dick and I went last week to help. Kyle Thompson was happy to hear Adam Robertson is going to be a counselor again this week. He was there last week also. Our prayers are with all that help in anyway with helping to teach our youth about our Lord Jesus Christ.
