Mt. Tabor Church

We had a wonderful day in the Lord’s house, with many prayer requests, some praise reports, a good Sunday school lesson and fellowship. We were thankful for our visitors and the children and invite them back.

Our worship service was communion and feet washing, which is a very holy service for the Christian people. Brother Dennis used very familiar scripture in reference to each one and those who took part felt blessed to be there.

Brother Raymond Haden preached the evening service to fill in for our absent pastor. He preached about the “new heaven and the new earth” and also sang two very good songs, we appreciate him coming.

Brother Don Bryan, who is the Missouri Assn. Home Missionary, was filling in at Oak Grove G.B. Church, while Brother Charles McFarland was on vacation.

A reminder, Brother Max Stephens will be speaking for us on June 26 in the 6 p.m. service, please join us if you can.
