Bro. Marshall opened the service with a good morning to all. We sang for the Lord and had many prayer requests. Prayer was led by Sister Mary. Bro. Marshall read scripture from Hebrews 5:12-14.
Classes took their places and Bro. Dallas greeted all and led in prayer. Bro. Dallas did a review on Acts 16 and then continued into chapter 17. Sister Patsy read Acts 17:1-34. Bro. Dallas then began with the study part. We went through the first 13 verses. We had lots of class input and discussion. At the end of the class, Bro. Dallas gave a great testimony concerning his daughter. It really touched me.
We had the Coins For Christ with our little angel and then sang some great hymns for Jesus. We gave our offerings for the Lord. Prayer was led by Bro. Marshall. We had specials by Sister Peggy and Bro. Marshall. Bro. Paul began the morning service with reading scripture from Revelations 2:1-7. He gave us a good message from the Lord. We closed with a song and prayer by Bro. Marshall. Bro. Paul dismissed in prayer and asked the blessing on the food.
We had lots of good food and fellowship as we were getting ready for the Fourth Sunday Singing to begin at two o’clock.
We had a good crowd and lots of good music was sung and played. Those who were unable to be there were missed and they missed a real blessing.
Bro. Paul bid us a good evening and asked for prayer requests. Sister Patsy led in prayer. We sang for the Lord. Bro. Paul read scripture in Psalm the 23rd chapter verses 1-6. We had testimonies from all. We dismissed with prayer led by Sister Ulla.
