Sunday school opened with a good morning from Bro. Marshall. We sang for Jesus. We had prayer requests and there were many. Bro. Marshall read some scripture from God’s word. Bro. Dallas brought our lesson from Acts, chapter 16, verses 6-15. We had a lot of class discussion.
We sang some good hymns for the Lord and had some good specials. Bro. Paul welcomed all. Bro. Paul read scripture from God’s word and gave a great message from the Lord. We closed with a song and a prayer.
Our prayer circle began the evening service. Many prayer requests were given. We had prayer and then sang for the Lord. The choir was in good voice. We had some good specials. Bro. Marvin Loftin joined us for the evening service and he gave us a good message from the Lord. We closed with a song and prayer.
Bro. J.W. and Carlotta O’Neal joined us for the evening service. We were very glad to see them.
Some of us from Happy Home attended the revival at Mt. Calvary last week. Bro. Doug Irwin and family led the services. There were lots of good music and testimonies. Each night Bro. Doug gave us a good message from the Lord. It was six nights of great blessings.
