Opening prayer and devotion to start out Sunday morning service was by Joie Welker.
After singing we went to classes where we studied about how God has certain expectations for us. We have to do our part in working with Him. True success comes as we study the word and it becomes a guiding force of our life.
Our special song was by a trio of Narvil Tetrick, Janice Young and Charlotte Reich.

Pastor Hall’s morning message was from John 14:14-26, “Promise Of The Spirit.” The Holy Spirit comes to the believer as a comforter and to abide with us forever. He loves us and wants us to walk in fellowship with Him.
The Holy Spirit brings conviction to the unbeliever. The outpouring of the Holy Spirit is truth and dwells in all of us to lead us. Aren’t we glad God made provisions for the Holy Spirit to come in us.
Sunday evening service began with singing, testimonies and special song by the men’s quartet, Rod and Joie Welker, Wendell Deo and Narvil Tetrick. Also the group of Faye Allen, Janice Young, Wanda Casady, Wednell Deo, Rod and Joie Welker blessed us with a good song.
Bro. Hall’s evening message was from II Corinthians 6:14-18 on perfecting holiness in fear of God. God says I will receive you and adopt you in God’s family. We are to be separate and touch no unclean thing, if any man be in Christ, He is a new creature, old things are passed away and all things become new. We are to be ambassadors for Christ.
