I woke up this morning to a shower of rain, but it was short lived. The afternoon was cloudy and humid.
All last week was nice with strong winds at times. If I wasn’t resting in my swing, I was trimming trees in my yard. I will never get to climb a ladder again as some say they will take it away.
At Seminole Sunday we were happy to have our Pastor Don back with a good message from Ephesians 1:15-19, Because of their faith and love, faith is seeing the invisible, but not the nonexistent.
On Patriotic Sunday we will be celebrating Independence Day with one service at 10 a.m. on Sunday, July 3. Following the service, we will be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs out on the grounds as well as having plenty of games for the whole family. There will be no afternoon service or Sunday school classes.

Geneva from Oregon called today reporting on the past Proctor Family Reunion Saturday in Sandy, Oregon. I was happy to hear they had a good turnout with family and friends enjoying the day.
