Opening Sunday school Roy Hampton read the 23 Psalms and led in prayer.
Lee Hampton taught the 10th chapter of Luke. Sue Sisco and Wilma Hampton read the questions and answers. We sure have to dig to find some of them. We find scriptures we have forgot about.
Lee Hampton prayed the offering prayer. Roy Hampton took up the offering. We had a good turn out this week. We had congregational singing. Sue Thomas, Sue Sisco along with guests, Rick and Jan Crawshaw, Elwood Williams, Jesse Lafferty and Ashley all sang specials. Joe Lafferty preached the 11 o’clock service in Matthew chapter 13, verse 36 and led in prayer. We sang the invitational song and then Roy Hampton dismissed in prayer.
Evening started with song service. Judy Willis and Susie Sisco sang as well as Joe Lafferty and Clara Lafferty. Preaching Lee Hampton read II Peter chapter one, verse 12 and commented on the chapter. Roy Hampton read Matthew chapter 7, verse 12-27. Jesse Lafferty read II Timothy chapter 3, verse 14. All scripture is given by inspiration of God. We sang our invitational song and then Ashley Lafferty dismissed in prayer.
