Ava Police investigated two crashes at the intersection of Highways 5 and 14 within a 30-minute period last Saturday night. The Ava Fire Department was dispatched to the second one that occurred around 10:30 p.m. involving this Jeep and resulting in minor injuries. Cox Ambulance was also dispatched but no one was transported. No police report was available for either of the crashes.
