Billy Fletcher and his aunts, Jean Daugherty and Mabel Everett, drove to Springfield to attend the memorial service for Tommy R. Gann, Friday evening, at Cherry Street Baptist Church. Tommy Gann was the brother of Paulette Fletcher, Billy’s sister-in-law.
Norma Stillings attended the CHART meeting at the Missouri Ozarks Community Health conference room, Thursday, noon. She completed a prevention Coalition Survey to prioritize the needs that should be addressed in our community this upcoming year. The current efforts are directed toward prevention of tobacco use in teens and to encourage smoke-free environments.
Norma has done away with a lot of maple sprouts out of the garden and flower beds. The garden is starting to grow with all the warm sunlight. But now we need rain.
Tom and Jewell Johnson enjoyed a recent visit with his nephew, Roger Johnson and his wife.
