“Go ye, therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: end, Lo, and I am with you always, even unto the end of the world,” Matthew 28-19-20.

Brother Roy Frye read Acts 26:1-7 for our devotion after we had congregational singing. Pastor David prayed then Brother Roy dismissed us to class. We had a very good lesson.

Pastor David took up the offering and Hunter and Preston Adams did the penny march for Camp Piland.

Hunter sang a special for us. Pastor David sang then preached from Romans 9:1-3 for God’s message. Paul had a heavy burden for his lost brothers. We need to have a burden for our lost family, friends and everyone. If we don’t have a burden for lost souls we better be praying for our own.

We had several out and we pray you are all well. We missed you.

We will be having a Father’s Day fish fry the 19th at 5:00 to honor our Fathers.

Please pray for Lee Roy and Roberta Clayton, Gene Pool, Veda Bushong, Pat Brazeal, Quin Breeding, Betty and family, people traveling, unsaved, unspoken, church, country, leaders and military. I’m sorry I didn’t get all of  Theta’s request, but God knows.

It was good to have Theta Nokes with us Sunday evening. She sang a special for us. Macee Breeding also sang a special for us. Pastor David sang then preached from Psalm 73. He read verses 1-3, 17, 21-22. The whole chapter is good. David had struggles just as we do today. We see how worldly people prosper, but what we have with Christ is worth far more. We must keep our eyes on Christ and have faith during our hard times. He will see us through everything. He loves us so much.

Come visit Black Oak if you are looking for a church family.

We have Bible study on Wednesday for adults and kids. May God bless you always.
