Chadwick Railroad Day (with a Wild West theme) is planned for Saturday, June 4, at the community grounds in the middle of Chadwick.
There will be a parade at 9:45 a.m. with entertainment from 10:15 until 3:30. A barbecue dinner will be served from 12 until 2 p.m.
Activities will include turtle races, a snake hunt and other free games for the kids.
An auction and booths will be open throughout the day under the big tent.
Proceeds of Railroad Day help with the upkeep of the Chadwick Museum and Chadwick Community Building.
Chadwick is located on Highway 125 in eastern Christian County.
