Sunday school opened with Bro. Marshall greeting every one. We sang for the Lord and had prayer requests. Prayer was led by Sister Peggy. Bro. Dallas greeted all and had prayer. He reviewed our lesson from last week in the book of Acts, chapter 15, verses 1-11 and continued on in chapter 15 verses 12-19. We had lots of class discussion.
We sang some beautiful hymns for the Lord and the choir was in good voice. Bro. Paul welcomed all with a great good morning. We had specials by Bro. Marshall and Sister Peggy. Bro. Paul read scripture from I Kings, chapter 21, verses 1-22. He prayed and then gave us a good message from th Lord. We closed with a song and prayer by Sister Lee.
The evening service began with our prayer circle. We had many prayer requests. Prayer was led by Bro. Marshall. We hear all of the time of people speaking about our God being a big God. Well He has to be to take care of all the things we ask Him to do. Are we thankful enough? Do we tell Him enough how thankful we are?
We sang some good hyms for the Lord. We had specials by Bro. Marshall, Sister Peggy, Sister Juanita and Bro. Marvin. Bro. Marvin read scripture from Revelations, chapter 3, verses 14-22. He prayed and gave us a very fulfilling message from the Lord. We had an altar of prayer and was dismissed.
We have had a great two weeks. Our revival here at Happy Home and then some of us attended the revival at New Hope last week. There were other revivals going on also. I am sure where ever you attended you received a blessing. Until next time, keep God in your heart and you will be blessed.
