For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Lesley Levan, and Robert Levan, Wife and Husband dated May 7, 2007 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri in Book 465, Page 56 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Monday, June 6, 2011 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 4:10 PM), at the North Front Door of the Court House, City of Ava, County of Douglas, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Douglas County, State of Missouri, to wit:
A PART OF LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2) IN BLOCK ONE (1) OF EMMA ROLLER PLAT AS THE SAME APPEARS OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF DEEDS OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI, IN PLAT BOOK AT PAGE 13 DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE NE CORNER OF SAID LOT ONE (1), AND RUN THENCE WEST 100 FEET, THENCE SOUTH TO THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT TWO (2), THENCE EAST 100 FEET TO THE SE CORNER OF SAID LOT TWO (2), THENCE NORTH TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS, RIGHT-OF-WAYS, RESTRICTIONS, COVENANTS AND RESERVATIONS, OF RECORD.
