Gentryville

A good Monday morning to all, is a little rainy looking. Well, it didn’t rain yesterday so guess the saying about raining seven Sundays if it rains on Easter doesn’t always hold true.

River Stillwood visited on Wednesday with Bertha Scherer.

Ann Collins and I visited a while Wednesday evening with Agnes Williams and Karen Frederick.

Sorry to hear of Dain Lambert passing away last week. My sympathy to his family. Glenna Faye, his sister, and I went to Ava High School together.

Chris Hartzell came Saturdday morning and picked up her grandma, Ann Collins and they went to Springfield and ate out with Carol Wise and Riley for Mother’s Day.

My daughter, Patty, and her oldest son, Aaron, came Sunday after church and had dinner with me. Ann Collins also ate with us. I got several nice things, also a bouquet (from Debbie) and live flowers (from Patty).

Agnes Williams had dinner Sunday with Janet, Paul and Katlyn Smith.

Karen and Doug Frederick went to Sirena and Jared’s (Bradshaw) for a cook out for Jared’s birthday on Sunday.

We have a lot of May birthdays – Jared and Sirena Bradshaw, Casey Owens, Debbie Stone, Glenda Lee, Agnes Williams, and oh yes, yours truly this coming Thursday. My daddy’s was the 11th.

Ted Collins visited Ann Collins.

Until next time, God bless and be kind to everyone.
