For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Carolyn Kingsley aka Carolyn Adair, a single person dated September 8, 2008 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri as Document No. 081917 modified pursuant to Judgment obtained in Cause No. 10DG-CC00286 recorded on 4/1/2011 as Document No. 110526 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Monday, June 6, 2011 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 4:10 PM), at the North Front Door of the Court House, City of Ava, County of Douglas, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Douglas County, State of Missouri, to wit:
ALL THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LOTS, TRACTS OR PARCELS OF LAND LYING, BEING AND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS, STATE OF MISSOURI, TO-WIT: A PART OF THE NE1/4 OF THE NE1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 26 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTH LINE OF NORTHEAST 13TH AVE. TERRACE WITH THE EAST LINE OF NORTHEAST 5TH STREET, THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF NORTHEAST 5TH STREET 142 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES, 05 MINUTES, AND 08 SECONDS EAST 125.02 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 144 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF NORTHEAST 13TH AVE. TERRACE; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID STREET 125 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
