The Ava High School class of 1981 is planning a 30-year reunion on June 17 and 18.
The reunion will be preceded, however, with a float trip by class members on May 21 at Dawt Mill.
The official reunion will start with a mixer at Springfield Brewing Co., on June 17, from 8 to 9 o’clock, and will continue on June 18 at the Ava Country Club at 6 p.m., with a catered meal and professional photographer.
Added to those events, on July 9, classmates are being invited to a gathering at the Rod Witt residence in Nixa for a pre-game tailgate/swim party, followed by a Springfield Cardinals baseball game.
Transportation will be provided to and from the game, returning to Rod’s residence after the game for a bonfire.
