This news from the desk of Emmalyn and Ellis Stephens. Happy birthday Sis on May 1. Emmalyn and Ellis attended a birthday party for our great granddaughter on Sunday in Springfield. Emmalyn is going to help with a bake and craft sale Saturday the seventh “on the square” to help send a young lady with M.S. to Camp Barnabus. All help is welcome. On Sunday the Faith Rock Church came for a sing along and the reading of God’s word in the activity room at Red Bud. There was about twelve people who faced the rain to join the group. We are looking forward to the first Sunday in June, so we can be together again.
Visitors of Norma Jones have been Peggy Greene, Jacob, Naomi Watkins on the 28th and then Amy, Naomi and Jacob Watkins, Ellis and Emmalyn Stephens on Saturday afternoon.
We want to say Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers as Sunday will be the day for them.
If you have news, just let us know.
Have a good week and enjoy the sunshine while you can and remember “Jesus Loves You.”
