Another good day to be in the house of the Lord began with singing and prayers for our nation, our friends and family, our church and the lost. Pray for the bereaved and the very ill, as well as the many terrible things that are going on here in our community, as well as the devastation in the southern states.

Men’s Prayer Breakfast will be this Saturday, beginning at approximately 8 a.m. You are invited to join in for a time of fellowship, prayer and food.

Tim and Lindsey Hall and children visited Mae Cox on the weekend.

Paul Cox came down and mowed his mother, Myrl Cox’s, yard. Pat did the grocery shopping and Jeanne Cox also visited her mom.

Visitors in the Martin and Mary Ann Hathcock home were Wes and Pat Smith and Tom and Rosie Harris. Martin also visited Norman Duckworth Tuesday afternoon and found him to be doing well.

Martin and Mary Ann Hathcock visited Saturday afternoon with Kay and Harold Hutchison.

Those visiting Tom and Jewell Elliott the past several days were Mr. and Mrs. Shaun Elliott, MaKayla and Logan, Jim and Carla Hearod, and James and Tammy Elliott.

Pat Lansdown spent Wednesday in West Plains with her grandchildren, Jadon and Kayley.

Dan and Kim Clements, Morgan and Dylan, visited the Harold Hutchisons Thursday afternoon.
