Kindergarten screening will be held Tuesday, May 10, at Plainview R-8 School.
If you live in the Plainview School District and have a child who will be 5 years old before Aug. 1, 2011, please call the school at 683-2046 between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to set up a time for screening.
Parents will need to bring their child’s birth certificate, Social Security card, immunization records and verification of residency (rental contract, utilities bill, etc.)
