It appearing by Affidavit, which is sworn to, that Thomas Dale Fitzpatrick (last known address) 1616 Houser St. Bakersfield, CA 95507, the Defendant in a Complaint for Divorce proceeding, is an unknown resident of Missouri and that personal service of process can not be had upon him; service of process by publication having been ordered, he is hereby required to appear and answer or otherwise defend against the complaint of Jolena Dawn Fitzpatrick, Petitioner in Pro Se, whose address is PO BOX 1686 Ava, MO 65608 within 30-days of the date of the last publication of the notice; otherwise default judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
