We enjoyed a pleasant, even if a might soggy, resurrection Sunday morning. Our choir gave a cantata which everyone seemed very pleased with, particularly a solo, “Watch The Lamb” performbed by Bro. Gary Martin and a duet, “I Wonder How Mary Felt” by Sis. Lola Mayberry and Sis. Phyllis Bentley.
The morning message was from Luke 24:1-8 and several other references showing the life experiences and actions of Jesus as “Confirmation” of Jesus as the promised Messiah, and the only Son of the true and living God.
Because of His resurrection, you and I have hope for the same, come and be our guests, join us in the worship of our Lord. By the way, we did still have a seat for you.
