Church started Sunday morning by singing. Ronnie Epps took over as Superintendent, prayer by Bro. James Moore. Sunday school lesson was The Resurrection of Jesus, John 20:1-8 and 11-18 taught by Ronnie Epps. After a good Sunday school lesson, we sang several songs followed with prayer by Bro. Raymond Haden. A special was sung by Lena Ingram and Elsie Atchison. Bro. Raymond Haden brought the message from John 5:25, 28, 29 and John 11: 1,15, 25, 34, 41, 42, 43, Philippians 3:10-14, I Corinthians 15: 1-4 and 53-58. After a good message we sang and was dismissed by Sis. Naida Haden.
Church started Sunday night with prayer by Sis. Vera Dixon. We sang several songs and specials were sung by Lena, Peyton Ingram, Aaliyah Irby, Elsie Atchison and Raymond Haden.
Bro. Raymond Haden brought the message from I Corinthians 15:1-5-4, John 19: 14-18m John 20:1-18, I Thessalonians 4:13-18. After a good message we sang a song and were dismissed by Bro. Raymond Haden.
The annual communion service will be Sunday, May 1st at Friendship Church on U Highway. There will be regular services in the morning, lunch at noon; come together at 1:30 for communion service Bro. Ray Dobbs will be preaching the service.
