Reynolds Estate Subdivision; thence along North line South 89 degrees 06′ 07″ East a distance of 129.00 feet; thence North 01 degrees 49′ 44″ East a distance of 77.42 feet to the point of beginning containing 0.23 acres (10,126 sq. ft.) more or less and being subject to any restrictions and easements of record.
