NOTICE OF STOCKHOLDER MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual Stockholder meeting of the Ava Industrial Development Corporation will be held at Town and Country Bank, 404 South Jefferson, Ava, Missouri on Thursday, May 5, 2011. Said meeting will convene at 7:30 p.m. and will continue at least three hours unless the object for which said meeting is called is accomplished sooner. The purpose for which meeting is called is to elect four (4) members to serve for terms of three years each and for the transaction of any other business which may properly come before said meeting.
