Chris Degase, Sheriff of Douglas County, Missouri, hereby gives notice that he will, pursuant to order of the Douglas County Circuit Court, the Honorable John G. Moody, Circuit Judge, in a partition action pending in case number 44V01500143, sell approximately 19 acres of real estate situated in Douglas County, Missouri, on Monday, May 16, 2011, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock a.m. and 5:00 o’clock p.m., with the sale beginning at 10:00 a.m., at public auction at the front door of the Douglas County Courthouse in the City of Ava, Missouri, to the highest bidder for cash or immediately negotiable check for the full amount of the purchase price. The real estate to be sold is located at Route 3, Box 662, Cabool, Missouri, 65689, in Douglas County, Missouri, and is particularly described as follows: All of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Twenty-seven (27), Range Eleven (11); except all that part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter lying South and East of Highway 181.
