Bonnie Phipps said she was doing okay and that she got out and went to church Sunday. Bonnie said her granddaughter, Courtnie Vigesaa, that lives in North Dakota called her and said they had 23 inches of snow, but it was melting and Wylie was just loving it.

Carol Moore came and got me last Monday night and then we went over and picked Marie Dickey up and then we headed for the lodge hall for our O.E.S. meeting.

I received one-tenth of an inch last Monday and four-tenths of an inch of rain on Saturday and my friend, John Stephens, that lives up the road from me got six-tenths of an inch of rain on Saturday.

I took my news in last Tuesday and voted and paid some bills while I was in town. Now a days you have to make the gas in your car go a long ways.

Thursday afternoon I went to Monica’s and we went to Branson and picked up her friend, Anita Ray, and we went to Springfield to the High Street General Baptist Church where we attended the Girl’s Night Out with Anita Renfroe and Mandisa. I really enjoyed myself. I spent the night with Monica and then I came on home Friday, so I could get my haircut at noon. Mike and Charlotte came by that evening and picked up some eggs.

Mark and Mark Weston came by Saturday for a while.

Sunday after church I went out and saw Mae Cox and took her a loaf of homemade bread and she had me some green onion to bring home with me. Lisa and Jesse was there so I got to visit with them.

Lets keep all our sick folks in our prayers. My prayers and sympathy goes out to all who have lost a loved one.

Lets keep our leaders and the men and women in the service and their families and the ones in training in our prayers.
