Elizabeth T. Moore Cox died March 31, 2011 at her home in Mansfield, Mo. Cause of death was incident to age. She was 86 years old.
Elizabeth was born in Los Angeles, Calif., in 1924.
She is survived by her husband, Carl T. Cox; 11 children, James Cox, of Wisconsin, Betsy Niki, of Utah, Bonnie Duvall, Utah, Nancy Irons, Alabama, Steven Roberts, Missouri, Carlene Lang, Missouri, Mark Cox, Missouri, Matthew Cox, Missouri, Sarah Cox, Missouri, Daniel Cox, Colorado, Adam Cox, Utah; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was known to many simply as Grandma Liz.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, in-laws, and by two children: Stanley and Martha.
She was married in 1952 to Carl in the Manti Temple in Manti, Utah.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Elizabeth was beloved by her family and will be missed by them all.
She was interred in the Mt. Everett Cemetery on Douglas County 104, April 1, 2011.
A Celebration of her Life will be held by family and friends on April 17 at 5 p.m., at the LDS Chapel in Ava, Mo. All are welcome to join in.
