What a difference a day makes! Sunday was a beautiful day with record highs. Today (Monday) is cold, windy and wet. Hopefully, it won’t last long and the sun will shine the rest of the week!
Several of us met on Thursday to take care of business and also had time for visiting.
Kiwanians Denise Reese, Connie Cornelius, Donna Dixon and Glenda Little (and Glenda’s mom and sons) helped with the park clean up on Saturday.
That night, Donna, Connie, Denise and Glenda (and Evan) attended the Chamber of Commerce Awards Dinner. That was a busy day!
There will be a Playground Meeting on April 7 at 6:30 in the Middle School Cafeteria. Coffee, tea and desserts will be served.
This week we are working toward getting the fundraiser moving for Friday, April 8. According to the weather forecast, it’s supposed to be partly cloudy, high of 81 degrees with only a 20% chance of rain, so it ought to be a good day! We have some tables secured to use. If you want to donate items, please Donna Dixon at 683-1918.
