Ava Elementary kindergarten and pre-school enrollment and screening will be held Tuesday, May 10 and Wednesday, May 11 at the Performing Arts Center located on North Jefferson Street beside the Ava High School.
Screening times on each day will be from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
If your child will be 5 years old BEFORE Aug. 1, 2011 he/she will be eligible for kindergarten. Children who will be 3 or 4 before Aug. 1, 2011 will be eligible for pre-school.

On the day of your child’s appointment you will need to bring a copy of the following:
1. Shot records
2. Birth certificate
3. Proof of residency
4. Health insurance information
5. Your child’s Social Security card.
