For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Jack Vauter III, A Single Man and Christie Jones, A Single Woman dated June 25, 2007 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri in Book 467, Page 564 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Monday, April 18, 2011 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 4:10 PM), at the North Front Door of the Court House, City of Ava, County of Douglas, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Douglas County, State of Missouri, to wit:
A PART OF THE SW 1/4 SW 1/4 DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE SE CORNER OF THE SAID FORTY AND RUN NORTH 792 FEET FOR A TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 825 FEET; THENCE NORTH TO THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY OF COUNTY ROAD “0-534″; THENCE FOLLOWING THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY OF SAID COUNTY ROAD IN A EASTERLY DIRECTION TO THE EAST LINE OF THE SW 1/4 SW 1/4; THENCE SOUTH TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. ALL LOCATED IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 27, RANGE 17, OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI.
