“Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe in God, believe also in me,” John 14:1.
It is so wonderful to have God to give our troubles too. I appreciate God so much. I don’t know how people get along by themselves without Him. Please know that you don’t have to. He is waiting for you to call upon Him. He is ready to forgive and accept you into His family. When you do, you experience such peace and joy. Pastor David preached from John 14:1 Sunday morning. All we have to do is trust Him.
Brother Roy Frye read John 12:20-26 for the devotion after congregational singing led by Sister Shirley Riley accompanied by Sister Betty Satterfield playing the piano.
Brother Bobby Turley took up the tithes and offerings and Hunter Adams did the penny march for Camp Piland. Hunter and Pastor David both sang specials for us. Angie and I took care of Children’s Church.
We missed Bryan, Carrie and boys and Dara and family and Annie. It was good to have our visitors Sunday morning. There was a sweet spirit in church.
We had singing only Sunday evening. It was a good worship service and we appreciate all who came and participated.
We are still in Revelations on Wednesday night.
