We began with many prayer requests and singing and thankful to be in God’s house once more. We are glad for prayers that have been answered in our church and others. Our prayers are for the bereaved and the very ill.
Brother Dennis had a good message all about grace. It’s one of the few things you can’t buy or earn, that’s why it is so precious.
There will be a work day Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. to clean the church, please come and take part.
Mae Cox’s sister, Golda Dixon, was down from Springfield one day last week. She visited their Aunt Esther Davis, who was celebrating her birthday and also visited her sister, Lue Coy. Mae’s other visitors were Tom and Donna Nichols, Lisa Johnson and Jesse.
Martin and Mary Ann Hathcock were Sunday dinner guests in the home of Pat and Wes Smith. Pat will be having surgery soon, our prayers are for a good recovery.

Ronnie and Pat Lansdown were in West Plains one evening last week helping with their grandchildren while Doug was working and Kristi was having some dental work.

Harold and Kay Hutchison drove to West Plains last Wednesday evening to attend an Eagle Scout Honor Court award ceremony for their grandson, Seth.
