On Feb. 9, 2011, at the age of 75, Jeanne A. McCullum went to her eternal resting place to be with the Lord. Jeanne’s legacy is carried on through her husband of over 60 years; John D. McCullum, children, John D. McCullum II, Leo A. McCullum, Gene D. McCullum, and Jeanne A. Woodruff.
In addition, she is survived by two brothers, Paul and Joe Christian, and two sisters, Lorraine Sicard and Lillian Bush; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one grand-cat, Cleo; and a very special nephew, Ronald Chambers.
Mrs. McCullum was born on May 14, 1935, in Lowell, Mass., the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Leo Christian.
Jeanne and John moved to the Ozarks in 1970, and resided here for 30 years, running a successful floor covering business, Jeanne and John’s House of Carpets, and raising their four children.
