March 9 – Wednesday came together at Caney by singing. Bro. Jeff Shipley welcomed everyone. Prayer requests were received and Bro. Jim Lafferty led our hearts in prayer. Jeff read Joel 1:1-6, 13-20, 2:1-2, 12-19, 27-32, and 3:1-3. The Lord was trying to get peoples attention even as He is today. The Lord wants His people to repent. If we do this He will bless us. There will be a great judgement day. This is serious, get ready, be ready, Jesus is coming. This was an eye opening lesson.
Sunday school opened with singing. Bro. Jack Essary welcomed everyone. Prayer requests were taken for the lost, bereaved, sick, the nation and Japan. Sis. Charlotte Roberts led us in prayer. Jack read I Peter 5:1-5 for devotional. Testimonies were given by Jeff Shipley, Charlotte Roberts and Laurena Mitchell.
Praise and Worship began with singing. We sang Happy Birthday to Rex Clemans. God bless him. Singing specials today were Charlotte Roberts, Jim Lafferty and Melissa Harmon. Pastor Bill brought the morning message from Matthew 14:22-24 and Proverbs 30:7-9.
Calm my fears, give me what I need to help to know I need the Lord. I need to trust Him. I am truly blessed. Heed the warning look at what is happening in the world. The Bible is coming to pass. Jesus is coming soon.
Service ended in a circle of prayer.

Charlotte Roberts sang a special. Pastor Bill spoke from Psalms 27. Are you an asset or a liability to the church? Are you standing for the Lord or have you fainted by the way? Seek the Lord and He will give you courage and strength. These were wonderful words of life.
