NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION
By Order of the Court, the Sheriff of Douglas County, Missouri will sell, at public auction,
The following described property in Douglas County, Missouri, to-wit:
S1/2N1/2NW1/4;SE1/4NW1/4; All of the SW1/4 NW1/4 which lies East of Farm to Market Highway “T”; Also that part of the SW1/4NW1/4 which lies West of Farm to Market Highway “T” and South and East of the hollow; and that part of the NW1/4 SW1/4 described as commencing at the Northwest corner of said forty acre tract and run thence South 64 feet and 8 inches thence East 802 feet to point of intersection with the West right of way line of Farm to Market Highway “T”; thence following said West right of way line of said Highway 109 feet and to point of intersection with the North line of said forty, thence West on said North line of said forty 672 feet to the point of beginning; all in Section 22, Township 26, Range 18.
EXCEPT the following:
A parcel of land lying within the SW1/4NW1/4 and the NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 22, Township 26 North, Range 18 West, Douglas County Missouri being more particularly described as follows: Commencing for reference at the Northwest corner of said Section 22; Thence along the line common to Section 21 and 22, south 2,200 feet more or less to the center of the gully, or hollow, and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence continuing south along the line common to Section 21 and 22, 405 feet more or less to the ¼ corner common to Section 21 and 22; Thence continuing south along the line come to Sections 21 and 22, 64.7 feet; Thence parallel with the center of Section 22, east 725 feet more or less to the westerly right of way of “T” highway; Thence along said right of way N21-1/2 W 418 feet more or less to the intersection of said right of way and the prolongation of the aforementioned gully; Thence along the center of said gully, N78-3/4 W 573 feet more or less to the line common to Sections 21 and 22, and the POINT AND PLACE OF BEGINNING; said parcel as described contains 6.2+ Acres.
In accordance with the Court’s Order dated 1/3/2011 in Douglas County Case No. 08DG-CV00032, the undersigned will on Monday, April 4, 2011, to-wit at 11:30 a.m., sell said property at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at the steeps of the Douglas County Court in the City of Ava, Douglas County, Missouri.
