Timothy Wade Morphew, 45, formerly of Ava, Mo., died March 4, 2011 in Guntersville, Ala.
He was born Sept. 17, 1965.
He is survived by siblings, Rusty Morphew and family from Guntersville, Ala., Trish Holmes and family from Seymour, Mo., and Katherine Butler and family of Wells, Texas.
Services will be held in Alabama.
