Roxie Marie Clayton Roberts, of Kennewick, Wash., was born Oct. 28, 1916, to John Thomas Clayton and Defsia Lee Absher Clayton, at Longrun, Mo. She passed on Feb. 21, 2011.
On March 30, 1937, she was married at Wasola to Ivan William Roberts, who preceded her in 2002.
Roxie raised two sons and two daughters, who survive.
Survivors include her children, Joe and Judi Roberts, of Anacortes, Wash., and Paul and Doc Roberts, Freda and Robert Dixon and Linda Roberts, all of Kennewick, Wash.; three sisters, Brooksie Graves, of Columbia, Lena Brown, of Theodosia, and Lois Mudd, of Richland, Wash.; two brothers, Rayford and Freda Clayton, of Theodosia, Mo., and Troy Clayton, of Squires, Mo.; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Her other three brothers Clifford died 1990, Trellis died 1999, and Tilford died 2002. A sister, Letha, died 1998.
