I received word Monday that my aunt, Roxie Marie Clayton Roberts in Kennewick, Washington died at the age of 94. She was my dad, Tilford Clayton’s oldest sister.
Monday, Gary and I went to Theodosia and visited with Rayford and Freda Clayton.
Tuesday evening I visited with Ralph and Dana Brazeal. While I was there, Dara, Howard and Ella Faye Mitchell came.
Wednesday, Gary and I went to Ava and visited Gary’s mother, Maxine Turner.
Friday I visited Eddie and Linda Sears. Linda’s Aunt Suz and Uncle Dan Norvill from Hickory Ridge, Arkansas was visiting for the weekend.
Friday evening Paul and Honie Johnson had supper with us.
My sympathy to the Pauline Wallace family. She passed on Sunday just a few days past 92 years old. Our oldest member of True Hope Church.
Thank God for our fire fighters. The fires got out Sunday on highway 95 South and the Wasola fire fighters had to work a few hours on putting it out.
