The Ozarks Native Plant Society will hold their Tuesday, March 15 meeting at the Missouri Department of Conservation Ozarks Regional Office at 551 Joe Jones Blvd in West Plains.
The meeting is open to residents of Howell, and surrounding counties including Arkansas. The group meets each third Tuesday during the months of February thru November. The business meeting starts at 6:30 p.m., and, after a brief pause for visiting and refreshments, there is a program.
This month local master herbalist Sasha Daucus, from Golden Light Center in Doniphan, will be the speaker. She will share some of the best places in our area to find native herbs and edibles.
