The annual Intramural Basketball Tournament sponsored by Ava High School National Honor Society will begin Thursday, March 10, with games continuing March 11-12, and March 15.
The third and fourth grade games will be played in the middle school gym beginning at 5:30 p.m. Fifth and sixth grade games will take place in the high school gym, and start at 5:45 p.m.

Thirty teams from the two grade divisions, grades three and four; and grades five and six, will compete for first place medals.

Admission is $2.50 for adults and $1 for school age children/students; district passes, senior citizen passes and student activity passes will not be honored as all proceeds benefit the National Honor Society’s Tracy Murphy Memorial Scholarship Fund. Each spring the club honors the memory of Tracy Murphy by awarding scholarships.
