Keiko A. Phouangsyvanith, 21, of California, Mo., was arrested last week by Douglas County deputies following a domestic disturbance.
The Sheriff’s Office said Phouangsyvanith was charged with 2nd degree domestic assault, endangering the welfare of a child in the 1st degree, and armed criminal action.
The first two charges are both Class C felonies and armed criminal action is an unclassified felony, according to Sheriff Chris Degase.
Phouangsyvanith was arrested by Deputy Nathan Long on Sunday, Feb. 27.
