Happy Birthday to my husband, Junior. We will be celebrating his birthday this week and I wish him a special birthday wish.
Sunday afternoon, I had the best time with friends after morning worship service. We ate at Grillo’s with daughter, Jeanette Evans; grandchildren, Nicholas and Sarah Inman; great granddaughter, Reagan Inman, Helen Jackson, John and Becky Ramsey, Jerry and Wanda Mitchell, Bill and Neva Schroder, Arminta Jones, Vicki Shalloup and Jewel Aulds. We had the best time together and it was nice to be with special friends.
The hillsides of Olga have been alive with activity as warm weather has fell upon the valleys and meadows. It has been nice to see the little animals scurrying around and the calves in the field bounce a little higher. Makes me think that spring might not be that far off and we are looking forward to it.
Youngest son, Jay and son, Caleb joined us for brunch with daughter, Jeanette this past weekend. There is nothing more enjoyable than time spent with your children. Daughter, Janice and her youngest daughter, Cecilia Joyce Morris were also visitors on Saturday in our home.
Jerry Zwally is facing a serious operation that will involve an amputation from his knee down. We all love Jerry and he is special to many in this community. I hope that many of you will plan to attend a fundraiser for him in March.
I have had several doctor appointments this week and have not been feeling real well. Therefore, there is not much to send your way this week. We hope to see you out this way in the near future. Have a great week.
