Praise the Lord, didn’t He give us a most beautiful weekend. If we didn’t know it was still February we might have been convinced that spring had sprung. Our only regret this Lord’s Day was that some of you enjoyed the beautiful weather so much that you either stayed home or went to the lake instead of joining us in worship, and we saved you a seat.
Our morning message was “Sing Unto The Lord” from the text of Psalm 95:1-8, after all, “The Lord Is A Great God, and A Great King Above All Gods” (verse 3). We should call upon the Lord, He “is worthy to be praised.”
The evening message was, “How To Pray For Other Christians” as we are instructed to do so in the book of Colossians. We had some very specials guests, but we missed you and at the morning service next Sunday, Feb. 27, we will have a guest speaker. Rev. Ray Dobbs is going to bring the morning message and this is your chance to come and hear him speak. We’ll save you a seat, come and be our guest.
